History
Brian got his first taste of the insanity and excitement of a bustling kitchen at the tender age of 14. A seed was planted. He has come a long way from experimenting with food combinations in his mother's toaster. After professionally cooking in Buffalo and New York City, he is excited to showcase his simple and creative cooking sense with his love of fresh, Hudson Valley ingredients. Chris is a savvy business owner and entrepreneur. He met Brian at college in Buffalo, where they bonded over an affinity for good music and good food. His sunny people skills and creative business spirit resulted in a profitable sporting goods retail store. He also successfully coached a competitive Division 1 soccer team for several years. Chris is known for whipping up a spontaneous feast for a large group of friends. Both Chris and Brian possess easy-going demeanors and curious appetites.
