Most Thanksgiving sandwiches manage to layer on all the bad parts of Thanksgiving dry, too-thick turkey slices, goopy cranberry sauce. But the #21 at Press 195, Turkey and Fontina cheese with a cranberry and roasted pear chutney ($8.75), has tender, slender cuts of turkey and a blanket of melty Fontina, with just a tart accent of cranberry chutney. In hot, crusty bread, it's a balanced, reasonably portioned sandwich, not just another stuffing-stuffed gut bomb.
